Summer Coolers !

no-mad-india-pantry-summer-coolers-9

The heat of Indian summers can be unbearable without an endless supply of summer coolers…or mangoes ! So, we decided to combine them in three refreshing recipes courtesy our neighbours at The Pantry Cafe in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. While we are strong believers in the hydrating powers of traditional coolers like coconut water, aam panna, and nimbu paani, we do love to try new concoctions once in a while. The Raw Mango Iced Tea with Himalayan pink salt is an especially genius way to beat the heat, and our favorite if we had to choose one !
