Do I have to pay shipping charges?

INDIA

We provide free shipping for most products across India. For a few products like Furniture, a small flat fee may apply depending upon your location. When you review your order in the checkout; you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

INTERNATIONAL

For a specific period, No-Mad is offering free worldwide shipping on all orders above 150 Euros or 175 USD. However No-Mad reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time it may deem fit. For a few products, a small flat fee may apply depending upon your location. When you review your order in the checkout; you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

By when will I receive the ordered products?
Product shipping times for each product is displayed under the head, Additional Information on each product page. We try our level best to ship the goods within specified time lines. However in some remote locations, delivery times might go beyond time lines mentioned due to logistical reasons. Please note delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, etc. No-Mad will also not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process. In case you have not received your order in time, please mail us at info@no-mad.in.

How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?
No-Mad is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same.

What is the mode of delivery at No-Mad?
We have partnered with multiple shipping partners to make sure the goods reach you at the earliest and at the most cost effective price. We have tied up with FedEx & DHL for the shipment of products across India and worldwide. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the same with relevant tracking details. You can track the shipment on the Courier agency’s website.

Why have I received only a part of my order?
As mentioned in our Product details page, each product has its own delivery timeline. Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline. However we try and send maximum products from your order in one shipment.
