When you shop with No-Mad, it’s our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience. Keeping this in mind, our Returns Policy is also safe, easy and transparent.

In which cases can I return the product? 

You can return a product in the following scenarios:

1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. No-Mad has highly stringent Quality Control; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed. In this case No-Mad will bear the shipping costs for picking up the product and sending the replacement product back to you. Please note that minor differences in color, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.

2. Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color and / or size.
In this case No-Mad will bear the shipping costs for picking up the product and sending the correct product back to you.

If you want to return the product for any of the above reason, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us on info@no-mad.in for further assistance.

What is the returns procedure? 

Step 1
You can email us at info@no-mad.in and mention the details of the return.

Step 2
Once your returns request is validated, we will send you an email authorizing a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. Remember, we must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.

Step 3
After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the SAME product within 10 days of receiving the returned goods from you.

I’ve returned an order. Can I expect a cash refund?
Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds.

Terms & Conditions for Return

  • The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with No-Mad’s Quality Assurance Team.
  • The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  • The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
  • PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
