When you shop with No-Mad, it’s our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience. Keeping this in mind, our Returns Policy is also safe, easy and transparent.
In which cases can I return the product?
1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit.
No-Mad has highly stringent Quality Control; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed. In this case No-Mad will arrange for a reverse pick up and send the replacement product back to you. Please note that minor differences in color, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade nature of our products and are what makes each piece special. Please do not accept the package from the delivery agent in damaged or soiled condition.
2. Mismatched / Wrong product delivered, in terms of style, color and / or size.
In this case No-Mad will arrange for a reverse pick up of the product and send the correct product back to you.
If you want to return the product for any of the above reason, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery to enable us to guide you further.
Once your return has been authorized, we will arrange a reverse pick up. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with No-Mad’s Quality Assurance Team.
Please note the returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
We do not accept returns for made-to-order items and certain other products, unless it is a quality defect. Each product has its individual return policy mentioned on the individual product page.
Please note we DO NOT have a “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” Return Policy. If and only if there is an error on our part, will we be able to exchange the goods for the same item or an item of higher value.
I’ve returned an order. Can I expect a cash refund?
Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. We will be happy to replace the product with the exact same product or a product of higher value. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
