In the No-Mad world, breakfast is definitely the most important meal. It is a precious time to eat clean, daydream and take it slow before a hectic work day !
This week, a moment of solitude was spent listening to the rain with a hot kulhar of turmeric tea, fresh yoghurt from Mumbai’s iconic Parsi Dairy Farm, and seasonal stone fruits bought at our favorite Mahatma Phule Market to make the No-Mad Breakfast Bowl !
1 cup plain curd / yoghurt (we highly recommend a clay pot from Parsi Dairy Farm)
1 fresh peach, diced
1 fresh plum, diced
Spoonful of Pomegranate seeds, Pumpkin seeds & Chia seeds
1. Scoop out yoghurt into a bowl.
2. Top with diced peaches and plums.
3. Sprinkle with pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds, or anything else for a crunchy element.
4. Add a drizzle of honey, for those with a sweet tooth !
