No-Mad India

Indian Summer

Summer is here and it’s a great time to reset, make travel plans, and embrace a slow sustainable lifestyle !

While this season has a different context in different continents, it universally marks a positive change in mood, diet, and wardrobe. For Europeans, it is a welcome respite from the dark cold winter. For people in the Indian subcontinent, it is a chance to nurture our healthy obsession with mangoes by pulling out family recipes of coolers and pickles, and planning quick trips to unwind at places far from the melting heat; be it an escape to the hills or much needed downtime by the sea. In the No-Mad universe, summer consists of lazy days spent around the pool or at the beach, daydreaming, and soaking up the sun over fresh seasonal fruits and smoothies.
